These Terms govern purchases from 174963 at 174963.com.
Shop & contract
Product presentations are invitations to order. A contract forms when we accept your order (usually by order confirmation email). We sell limited weekly editions; availability is shown on each product page.
Prices
Prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs appear at checkout unless complimentary shipping applies (Ôé¼150+).
Payment
Payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. card, additional methods enabled in Shopify) are processed by the respective providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes according to applicable consumer law for shipments to consumers in the EU.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most goods. See Shipping & Returns and our refund policy for how to exercise it. Sealed goods unfit for return for hygiene reasons may be excluded where legally allowed ÔÇö our garments are returnable if unworn with tags as described.
Limited editions
Each Drop #33 piece is limited to 10 units. Sold-out items cannot be restocked in the same drop.
Intellectual property
Artwork, branding, and site content belong to 174963 or licensors. No licence is granted beyond personal use of purchased goods.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and according to product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage, except for injury to life, body, or health.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding UN CISG. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
