EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Email support@174963.com with your order number before the deadline. You may use a clear statement of withdrawal. You then return the goods without undue delay, within 14 days of informing us.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. If value diminishes due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods, we may deduct that amount.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price via the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs for the original delivery are refunded when you return the entire order, as required by law. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless otherwise agreed or the item was defective/wrong.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply in rare cases; we will inform you if relevant.
