Refund Policy

Every piece is made to order for you after you buy it. That is why returns follow clear rules, set out below.

Who can return

Orders delivered to the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Orders delivered anywhere else: these purchases are final. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it. See “Faulty, damaged or wrong items” below.

How to withdraw

Within the 14 days, email support@174963.com with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase. Do not send anything before we have confirmed and given you the return address; parcels sent without confirmation are not accepted. After your notice you have 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, free of perfume, smoke, pet hair and make-up, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We inspect every return. If the value has diminished beyond what is needed to examine the goods, we deduct that amount. A return that fails inspection is not refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the goods and carry the risk until they reach us. Use a tracked service. We cannot refund a return that is lost on the way. Duties and import taxes are not refunded by us.

Refund

After we have received and inspected the goods, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown proof of dispatch. Standard shipping charged at checkout is refunded when you return the entire order (shipping is currently free). There are no exchanges: please place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Tell us as soon as you notice, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. If the fault is ours, we pay the shipping and replace the piece or refund you. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee, are not affected by this policy.
