Shipping

Orders from Drop #33 ship from our production partners after payment clears. Most orders leave within 3 to 7 business days. Transit time depends on destination: typically 5 to 12 business days within the EU, longer outside Europe.

You receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Complimentary shipping on orders over Ôé¼150. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

We ship to addresses accepted at checkout. PO boxes may be limited by the carrier. If a delivery fails because of an incomplete address, extra carrier fees may apply.

Duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient outside the EU / customs union.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn pieces in original condition, with tags attached. Email support@174963.com with your order number to start a return.

Return shipping is typically paid by you unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund via the original payment method.
